Cancer Care Connection's (CCC) mission is to provide individuals and families affected by cancer with personal coaching, Internet navigation assistance, and useful information and resource connections.
Our vision is to evolve with the ever-changing needs of people affected by cancer by helping them to gain control of their situation, access support, and find resources to meet their health and quality of life needs. Inherent to our mission and vision is ongoing collaborations with businesses, government, organizations, and health care providers to fill gaps and better serve all people affected by cancer.
